Terms of Service

Battlefield Clans is a free community directory for listing and discovering Battlefield 6 clans and platoons. You may use the Service to browse listings, submit your own clan, and participate in community events.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt, abuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

When you submit a clan, you confirm that you represent that clan and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for the content of your listing.

We reserve the right to edit, hide, or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or violates these terms, at our discretion and without notice.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringes the rights of others. Spam, impersonation, and manipulation of rankings or votes are prohibited.

You may not attempt to interfere with, game, or artificially inflate the voting or ranking systems, including through bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or coordinated voting. You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, reverse-engineer, or otherwise access the Service or its data by automated means except as expressly permitted, nor attempt to probe, scan, or circumvent the security of the Service.

We may host tournaments and competitive events. By registering for a tournament you agree to its specific rules, format, schedule, and eligibility requirements as shown on its page, in addition to these Terms.

Some tournaments require an entry fee, processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). Entry fees are stated before you pay. Registration is only confirmed once payment is completed; an unpaid, reserved entry does not guarantee a spot.

Refunds: entry fees may be refunded if we cancel a tournament before it begins. Once a tournament has started, entry fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you are disqualified for breaking the rules, your entry fee is not refunded.

Rosters must be accurate and you must be eligible to compete on the platform and in the region you enter. You may only register under a clan you own or are authorized to represent. Providing false roster information may result in disqualification.

Fair play: cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, account-sharing or ringers, match-fixing, collusion, and any third-party assistance that confers an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate disqualification without refund. Participants must conduct themselves respectfully toward opponents, staff, and spectators.

No-shows and forfeits: teams that fail to appear, are unreachable at the scheduled time, or withdraw after a bracket is set may forfeit their match and their entry fee. We may adjust seeding, substitute, or remove entrants to keep an event running.

Prizes: any prize pool, prize distribution, and payout method are described on the tournament page and awarded at our discretion after results are verified. You are responsible for any taxes on prizes you receive. We may withhold prizes pending a rules-compliance or eligibility review.

We may change, postpone, or cancel a tournament, and may amend its rules, where reasonably necessary. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in, or the cancellation of, a tournament.

Uploading or linking illegal content of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material, content that incites violence, and material you do not have the rights to distribute.

We remove such content immediately upon becoming aware of it, terminate the accounts involved, and where the law requires or permits, preserve the material and associated account information for law enforcement and report it to the relevant authorities.

To report illegal or abusive content, use the report button on any clan page or email abuse@battlefieldclans.net. Reports are reviewed promptly.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of any clan or member.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Battlefield Clans is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
