1. Make your listing worth clicking
Most people decide from the card alone. These take twenty minutes once and keep working forever.
Free, permanent, and the thing everything else points back to. You can change every field later.
List your clan →A listing with real artwork gets clicked far more than a placeholder. Animated logos are available on any paid plan.
Edit your clan →Be specific: timezone, playstyle, whether mics are required, casual or competitive. A clear no filters out the wrong applicants and attracts the right ones.
Homepage cards can show a punchy tagline instead of your full description. One good sentence beats three average ones.
People filter the directory by who's recruiting. If yours says closed, you're invisible to most of the traffic.
YouTube, Twitch, X, your website — they add credibility, and clicks on them show up in your analytics.
2. Use the community, not just the directory
The fastest route to members is being where people are already looking for a clan.

3. Turn your existing members into reach
Your current roster is the cheapest distribution you have. Every embed and share is also a backlink that helps the listing rank.
A live badge on your website, forum signature or Discord shows your rank and vote count, and links straight back to your listing.
Pin it in your Discord. Votes decide the rankings, and rankings decide how many strangers ever see you.
Votes reset every 3 days (9 on Elite). A clan whose members vote each period climbs steadily past one that spikes once and goes quiet.
There's a public API for your live vote count, handy for stream overlays or your own site.
4. Build trust
The difference between a listing people browse and one they join.
The verified tick tells applicants you're a real, active clan rather than an abandoned listing.
A dead invite link is the single most common reason a promising listing gets no applications. Use a permanent one.
Stale listings read as dead clans. A quick update every few weeks is enough.
Premium moves you up the rankings and onto the homepage. It's a head start on visibility — it won't fix a thin listing, so do everything above first.
